M Squared was founded to make quality legal document preparation approachable and affordable for the families and small businesses of the greater Sacramento region.

Melanie Wagner

Legal Document Assistant &
Contract Paralegal - Notary

Melanie has spent 30 years in the legal field, training at the Paralegal Institute and working under multiple high-volume attorneys. Her expertise includes family law, estate planning, civil law, unlawful detainers/evictions, and expungements. After two decades on the Central Coast, she opened her own LDA firm in El Dorado County in 2023, later expanding into M Squared in 2026. She strives to provide high-quality, client-focused document preparation.

Meredith began her legal career as a legal assistant in Monterey County in 1996. She has worked as a legal transcriptionist, brief writer, paralegal, and law office manager, focusing on personal injury, Social Security Disability, estate planning, and family and civil law. She earned her ABA-approved Paralegal Studies degree from MTI College in 2016. At M Squared, her goal is to provide affordable, accessible legal document assistance to her community.
